Booking Travel - I don't see options to do so

I have linked Concur and TripIt and refreshed. I still do not see options within concur to book travel. What am I missing?

Yo need permission in order to start using Travel.

Could you check if you have access to Travel?

where do i check if i have access? is it in IIQ? I have access to oneconcur travel and expense. not sure if i should wait a couple days
