Booking Hotel Required Frequent Traveler Account Not Letting me Book

Hello,

I tried to book hotel to my business trip and it won't let me book the hotel due to it required "Frequent Traveler Account" which I don't have any card. Please help if there another way to book hotel. Thank you.

This error usually means that the selected hotel rate requires a Frequent Guest/Traveler number. If you do not have one, you can either:

1. Create a loyalty account with the hotel chain and add the membership number to your Concur Travel Profile.
2. Select a different room or rate, as some hotel rates require a loyalty number while others do not.

If neither option works, please contact your company's Travel or Concur Administrator, as this may be related to your organization's travel configuration.
