@KChatmon Hello there. This community site is not where you book travel or provide trip details for bookings. Your business trips should be booked using the Concur Travel booking tool. This should have been explained to you by someone at your company, but my guess is that didn't happen.
You will need speak with your direct manager to see if a profile has been set up for you or not. If not, your manager should be able to help you get a request submitted to obtain a profile. I would also ask your manager about using SAP Concur and if your company has any job aids or help resources you can look at.
