Book a flight

Hello everyone, I created this account solely to express my frustration.

I’ve been trying to book a flight through SAP Concur for over an hour now without success. Whenever I select a flight (and I’ve tried multiple options at different times), the system tells me the selected flight is no longer available when I attempt to book.

When I restart my search, the previously unavailable flight reappears as available. The same issue occurs even after choosing a different flight - it's suddenly unavailable even though all the flights are available on the airline's website!

Normally, booking a private flight takes me no more than five minutes. Yet, I’ve wasted over an hour of my time during my vacation, no less, and still haven’t been able to secure my corporate flight through SAP Concur!

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope this can be addressed.

Also, when trying to upload a screenshot of the error message to this forum, I get another helpful error message: "Uploading Screenshot resulted in the following error: Unable to Save Image"

@nikolaos00 did you try calling your company's travel agency to see if they can help? I know they will be able to get the booking done for you, but they might also be able to tell you why the message keeps popping up. 

Also, what flight are you trying to book? What are your departure and arrival airports? Which airline(s).

As for the image error, that shouldn't be happening. How did you try to upload the image? I find taking a screenshot, copying the screenshot, then pasting it into the body of my posts here works the best. Maybe give that a try.
