Assistance Needed: Hotel Not Appearing in Concur

I’m trying to book a specific hotel in Chicago to stay with the rest of my colleagues for an upcoming event. They were able to reserve it through Concur, but it’s not showing up on my end. Could you please help me troubleshoot or assist with the booking?

Hello,

The hotel may be sold out but it should at least show up and show "sold out".  I have often times had to manipulate Concur to get something to show.  You can put in the exact address to the hotel as a seach criteria and that could work or looking up the hotel by it's name.  If your colleagues were able to book, it should appear for you.

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried searching by zip code, full address, and hotel name — but unfortunately, it’s still not showing up at all (not even as “sold out,” like the others do).

Any other tricks you’d recommend?

It is possible that your company has a rule in place to not show hotels if they are sold out.
