Approve-then-book workflow with Request AI assistant

Hello,

could someone please share their experiences with implementing an approve-then-book workflow using the Request AI assistant integrated with travel booking systems?

I am interested in understanding the technical aspects of the implementation, the feedback received from end-users, and any challenges encountered.  Additionally, what's your experience with the offline bookings via TMC or mixed bookings (e.g. some segments booked online, some - offline)?

@DovileS I would suggest requesting to join the Admin Group here on the Community then posting your question there once you are admitted to the group. This Forum tends to be visited more by end users and not those who would have worked on implementing the approve then book workflow for Concur Travel and Request. 

The admin group is much more likely to get you a response.
