Adding checked in bag

I have booked flight from Concur travel through my university . With this ticket I am allowed for 1 carry on bag. I want to add checked in bag but I have already booked flight. So how can I add checked in bag and make sure fare is deducted through my university which is partner with concur?

@bhutda checked bags are usually entered at the time of checking in for your flight. They are not added in Concur Travel. This is done directly with the Airline. If you pay for the checked bag, then you should be able to submit it through Concur Expense to get reimbursed.

If you booked a fare that doesn't include a checked bag, then the purchase for the bag is made out of pocket, then submitted to your company for reimbursement.

I have a flight booked on Monday through the platform, however I realize that checked baggage was not included. I need it to be included in both the outbound and return journeys. I greatly appreciate your support and the inclusion of said luggage.
