350-File Issues

Hello!

Has anyone experienced any issues with the 350-file not updating travel profiles in Concur?

The file appears to be working correctly for new employees, however any changes/updates are not being made.

I have triple-checked that the file is configured correctly and the fields are populating right.

We have not, I ran a full file last week to update a custom field with no issues. Have you checked for errors in the import/extract monitor for the employee import that may identify a problem/reason updates are not being made?

I have ran the error repot and there were none for these records.

It is effecting close to 600 employees on the 350-file, so it is quite strange!

I have a ticket open with Concur Support, but was wondering if anyone here has ever encountered this issue
