We are experiencing a recurring issue with our SAP Concur Invoice module that I'd like to get your insights on. Unlike the standard process, we handle invoice capture submissions internally instead of having the Concur team manage it.
The problem arises frequently when we start creating an invoice using the invoice capture feature. The web page often freezes, forcing us to refresh the page. This requires us to re-enter the invoice details, which significantly hampers our efficiency. On average, this issue occurs every 3-4 invoices.
We have not gone live with the system yet and are currently still in the testing phase, so we want to understand if this is standard system behavior or something isolated to our instance only.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? If so, were you able to identify the cause or find a solution to prevent these freezes? Any advice or tips to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
