Set up Reoccurring Invoices

Good day!

I have a few vendors that I would like to set up reoccurring invoices.  These invoices will still need to go through the approval process each month.  Can you please give me direction on how to set this up?

Thank you!  I was having difficulty because the invoice was not directly assigned to me but once I assigned it, I was able to complete as instructed.
