Need SAE header template for invoice

Hello,

I am looking for the SAE header template for Invoice. I found the Technical Deployment Toolkit (Current) from the Expense forum, but I'm not sure whether it can also be used for Invoice, as I cannot find a separate Invoice template in the SAP Concur community.

Could anyone help me locate the SAE header template for Invoice (not Expense)?

If you are unable to see below screenshot, then open below link, check under  Flat File Integrations column >> Concur Invoice section.

This is an SAP Concur Invoice – Standard Accounting Extract (SAE) Header Template request.

Recommended solution

1. Log in to the SAP Concur Support Portal.
2. Search for Invoice Standard Accounting Extract (SAE) or Invoice SAE File Specification.
3. Look for the Invoice-specific record layout, header definitions, and field specifications.
4. Do not assume that the Expense Technical Deployment Toolkit applies to Invoice. The extract structures and supported fields may differ.
5. If the Invoice template is unavailable, request it from SAP Concur Support or your Invoice implementation consultant.

Official Invoice Toolkit

SAP Concur Community confirms that Invoice has its own Technical Deployment Toolkit.

1. Open the SAP Concur Technical Document Portal.
2. Locate the Invoice Technical Deployment Toolkit.
3. Review the Extracts and Headers and other tools folders.
4. Locate the Standard Payment Request Accounting Extract specification and corresponding header file.
5. Use the header matching your extract version and configuration.

Important: Do not use the Expense SAE header for Invoice without validating the field layout.

For Invoice Standard Edition, SAP also publishes the Invoice accounting extract specification.

Recommendation: Start with the Invoice Technical Deployment Toolkit rather than the Expense toolkit.
