MISSING CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION

Hello, I can't find all the transactions made with my corporate credit card for June 2026. Why is that? What should I do? BR

Corporate card transactions may take several days to appear in Concur after they have been made. Depending on the card provider, the import process can take anywhere from 2 to 21 days. (Reference: When Will My Corporate Credit Card Transaction be ... - SAP Concur Community)

If the transactions are from June 2026 and are not visible in Concur, we recommend the following:

1. Verify that the transactions have already been posted on your bank's portal.
2. Check whether the transactions have already been added to or submitted on another expense report.
3. Contact your organization's Concur Administrator and ask them to verify:
   • Whether the transactions are hidden.
   • Whether the card is correctly assigned to your profile.
   • Whether there were any errors during the card file import process.
   • If necessary, ask them to open a case through the Concur Support Portal.
