Invoice line description character limit

Hi there, is it possible to change the character limit for an invoice line description within Concur?

The character limit doesn't match what we can allow to post through CPI to S4, resulting in failed invoices that we have to rework. Making a change in CPI to handle this isn't an option for us currently.

@MelGreaves looks like you can limit this field. You will need access to Invoice Forms and Fields to make the adjustment. If you do not have access to Forms and Fields for Invoice, then you will need to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support.

Hi @MelGreaves ,

Yes, it is possible to update char limit in Concur for invoice line item description field.

If you do not have unrestricted access, you can raise a support ticket with Concur to have the required changes completed.

Default char limit is - 255
