Invoice Full User vs. Invoice User

Invoice Full User is defined as: Can access Invoice Processing only. Does not have access to Concur Vendor Payment Classic. while Invoice User is defined as: Can create and submit payment requests in Invoice Processing. Does anyone have a clearer explanation of what the differences are in these 2 roles?

@GBLIDEB The Invoice Full User role is no longer used in SAP Concur. When it was retired, the Invoice User role was auto-assigned to those who had the Full User role. Invoice User is now the equivalent of the Full User role.

Interesting, we have some employees with Role Invoice Full User, some with Invoice User and some with both.  Those with only Invoice Full User do not have the ability to create new invoice requests.

@GBLIDEB correct. You need to assign those the Invoice User role. The Invoice Full User role won't allow the user to do anything since it has been retired. 🙂

Hi @KevinD ,

Just wanted to know for my knowledge purposes whether 'Invoice full User" role was part of Concur Standard edition Or Professional Edition?

Bcz in professional edition I have never seen this role exists.

Thanks!
Regards,
Pooja

@PoojaKumatkar It was Professional. Maybe in newer sites, it is no longer visible. 🙂
