Last updated Approver name and approver date

I would like to export the Concur invoice data, including details of the last updated approver and the last approval date. Could you please guide me on how to retrieve this information or assist with the export?

Thanks for getting back to me!

I’m not very familiar with Cognos reporting at the moment. I usually work with standard reports and haven’t had much experience building custom ones. If this requires Cognos expertise, I’d really appreciate some guidance or support in pulling the data.
