Is there a way to have instructions/guides pop-up when users hover over a field or an error message?  We have lots of audit rules in place with error messages.  It would be nice to connect more detailed guidelines/instructions to help those users resolve instead of them having to go to their cheat sheets or our website where we house all our training resources.

@DN1313 you can add Tooltips to fields if you have access to update Forms and Fields, which most people do not have access to. You would need to submit a help ticket to Concur Support and tell them which fields need tooltips and which forms those fields are on. Also, if the same field appears on more than one form, the tooltip for the fields needs to be added on each form. 

As for the Audit Rule exception messages, you can edit those if needed, but they do not allow for links to other documents.
