@P236266 these types of suggestions need to be submitted throught the Support Portal as a Solution Suggestion.
However, the names of expense types can be changed in your site to meet your company's needs. So, if you prefer Business Mileage in Personal Car, you can change the Personal Car Mileage expense to this name. You must have the proper permissions to do so. If you do not, you can submit this to SAP Concur Support.
