inactive users

does anyone know of a quick way to find users which have managers whos accounts have been made inactive. 

we have made lots of employees inactive but they are still applied to current employees is there a way to review quickly or do i need to action one by one?

@tinaforgham I would suggest building a report in Analysis (Cognos) that uses the data item Default Approver (this will list everyone with the Can Approve permission). Then add the data item Employee Active Flag. This data item appears as Y or N. Create a filter on the Employee Active Flag data item to Only Show N. This should then show all approvers that are no longer active. You could then save the report, then run it. I would recommend running it as an Excel file. 

Hopefully you have used the Cognos (Query Studio) tool in Analysis or have someone at your company that has. 🙂
