iPhone receipt images

I have recently noticed that receipt images taken on iPhone with the ".heic" file extension will not upload in the new IU.  I have tried saving the images as ".jgp" and still will not upload.  How can users upload these images into their report?

Acceptable formats for receipts emailed to Concur Expense are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .html, .tif or .tiff. For receipts uploaded via a mobile device, the acceptable formats are jpg., jpeg. and pdf. The system only allows a maximum file size of 5MB.
