expenses payment follow up

I am following up on my expense payment, where I received a notification on 21/09/2023 at 21:09 East African Time that my claim has been sent for payment. until now I have not received the money in my bank account. the report number is : P42B5V. Kindly help.

I am sorry for the issues happening with you getting your payment.  Can you send me a private message with your work email or login ID for SAP Concur?  Once I have that, I will be able to look into your account and see what is happening with that report.

Hi Melanie,

First of all thanks for your reply wow I have no idea, as I   have never used this site or been advised how to.  To give you a bit background I was supposed to start work for KBR, an American company.  I am a UK citizen, they advised me to do a medical they advised I would get the expense back after starting however I failed the medical, they have since advised me to claim back via this portal. So have no company e-mail, and never used this portal and had no guidance from KBR who I was supposed to start work with.  My Username is my e mail: dmcv25@hotmail.com
