@hongling although I responded to your private message, I'll put an answer here for visibility. Approval status changes depend on when your assigned approver gets to the report in their approval queue. Also, your company may have several levels of approvals, so we cannot really provide an exact time frame on when your report will be approved. It is all dependent on how long it takes each person in the report approval workflow to complete the task.
