error message with uploaded PDF receipts!

I've tried drag and drop; I've tried upload from the system - seems like in the last month there's an error where I can no longer upload PDF receipts, and can only upload manually one by one on the new expense screen - can anyone help with this? The file sizes are small / standard sized PDFs. Thanks!

@laurenmotedolgy  Hello!  I am so sorry for the issues you are having with the receipts.  Can you grab a screenshot of the error and post it here?  Also are you trying to upload on your computer or mobile?  Thanks!

@laurenmotedolgy out of curiosity, did you try signing in to your account using a different browser?

 

Are you receiving an error message when you try to upload or is the system just "spinning"?
