cash advance expense page issue

not able to upload documents in cash advance as option is not visible

Hi @sudhir ,

 

Not sure whether setting is enabled for the cash advance as per your system configuration. If not, then below is the configuration to enable the settings:

 

  1. Go to Administration > Expense > Expense Admin > Group Configurations
  2. Select the desired Group 
  3. Click Modify in the top left
  4. Check the Allow user to attach an image to a cash advance setting
  5. Click Save

Also, while checking this, I tried creating cash advance in our sandbox system and I have observed the same issue. Even though above mention setting is enabled 'attach document' option is not appearing in cash advance form. Earlier it used to appear.

 

I think this might be some system glitch. You may be wait for few days and observe. If issue still persists then you can raise a ticket with Concur support.
