Zengin File - solution for corrupted files

Hi, we are getting a Zengin file (a special payment template used in Japan) from Concur monthly and we will manually upload to the bank for payment process.

I am seeking for a solution on the payment process if the Zengin file received is corrupted.

Payment is processed monthly and it is going to be a big payment batch.

@10276123_bdx have you try contacting SAP Concur Support about this. I've been at SAP Concur over 13 years and have never heard of a Zengin file.

You could also try posting this in the User Admin Group. This forum tends to be more for end users and not those who would have experience working with payment files.
