@ClaudiaS are you charging your vehicle at your own personal charging station? If so, I would look for an expense type named Other or Miscellaneous.
Without seeing your list of expense types, it is difficult to advise. Each company configures their own set of expense types, there is not a standard list that all of our customers use. If you have any uncertainty, I would suggest asking your direct manager.
