@jingyizhao your company has an internal help desk which I have been advised to tell you to use. I was advised by someone at your company that the process for getting help needs to go through the internal help. If you sign in to SAP Concur, you will see Company Notes on the home screen. In the Company Notes you will find a link to your internal help.
