V4.0 Swagger does not list any operation

I came to know that v4.0 has introduced 3 new operations- Invoice Pay, Purchase Requests, Quick Expenses. To get the metadata of them, I tried accessing the Swagger URLs- https://us.api.concursolutions.com/api/v4.0/api-docs and https://www.concursolutions.com/api/v4.0/api-docs .  But all I get is a swagger with no operation/apis. What can be the reason for it?
