User updated to Inactive but Termination date wasn't populated

Hello,

 

I imported an Employee update file with the 305 record type to inactivate about 1700 users.  The file processed successfully but only about 330 of the users where inactivated and had their termination date populated.  The remaining users where inactivated but their termination date was not populated.    It would nice if the 305 record didn't required so many fields to be populated just to inactive a user.  I would think the employee id and the active_ind would be enough.

 

How do I get the termination date populated for the Inactive users?

@Calzone13 you might want to consider submitting a help ticket to Concur Support to see if they can tell you why not all users were updated. Did the import details show any errors?

Thanks for your reply.  After submitting this question to the community and not getting a reply after a short period, I did submit a ticket to Concur Support.  They are still working on.
