Unknown Concur charge/expense

Hello

I have an unknown charge in my Amex card in Concur from Carlson Wagonlit that I cannot identify. Can you help with this charge? I do not recognize it and the description is not helpful.

@lgme usually charges from travel agencies are booking fees or fees if you have contacted them directly. Did you recently book a trip or speak to a CWT representative?

I have the same issue : I received an expense from CWT in Concur in March but I can't identify such expense. My last trip is in January, I can't identify any fees in the invoices in January and I received no invoices from CWT in March. 

Is there a contact to claim please ?

Is CWT your travel manager? If so, it seems it's some sort of booking fee or transaction. I'd contact them. If it's not your TMC, that sounds like a potential fraud conversation with your credit card company.
