Travel Allowance "No" option as a default

Hello, while configuring Travel Allowance I do see that the option "Yes" is set up as a default. In the Report Header do not see Travel Allowance field to change it. Where this option can be set up as "No" by the default?

@probconcsol I don't believe the option to default this to No is available at this time.
