Incorrect Bank Account Number Length

Hi Concur Team,

Does the system allow account numbers longer than 12 digits to be connected to Concur Expense? We have a client with a 13 digit account number that is having issues connecting the new account and is getting an error message/gray screen.

@haleyholmes I'm asking about this internally. Where is this person located? Also, could you ask them to recreate this and take a screenshot of the error, please?
