Terminated Accounts

In our company, some people had two Concur accounts.

One for company card transactions & another of out-of-pocket expenses. 

We've now simplified it, and everybody has one account.

Everybody's second account was terminated.

But two employees have accessed their old second accounts, and created claims.

One even managed to submit the claim, even though this particular account was terminated on Oct 2nd:

I assumed if the account was terminated they wouldn't be able to access?

Have we missed a step?

@LDunne Hello!  Thanks for reaching out.  Are you able to let me know the name of the user's?  If you are more comfortable, you can send me a private message.  To send me a private message, click my username (MelanieT), then click Message.  I can then just look up the accounts and see what's going on.
