Syncing with credit cards at FIS

Anyone out there have credit cards with a vendor called FIS? Our credit cards are VISA with a credit union that uses FIS as their vendor and transactions are not syncing automatically. Concur says it is either a FIS or Yodlee issue but not sure what to do. Thanks.

I believe business cards but never have understood the true differences.
