Someone used my card numbers

How do I report a fraudulent charge on my card?  And what do I do about it on my report?

@qlduncan call the card company just like you would if this happened on your personal credit card. They can investigate the charge and credit you back. Wait for the credit to show in SAP Concur, then add it and the original fraudulent charge to the same expense report. They will cancel each other out.
