Sent for payment not received for 3 weeks

All my payments have been sent for payment but not received in my bank for 3 weeks now . Company is Cadent Gas. Can someone please help ?

Hi,

 

This will depend on whether you company uses Concur pay OR a payment mechanism from your ERP. Typically, there should be monitoring mechanisms in place. If there are cash reimbursements that are not being offset against any previous dues/ personal transactions/ advances, then I will recommend reaching out to your internal IT/ Concur helpdesk/ administrator for support. They should be able to check with the team managing the bank payments and advice on any actions needed from your end.
