SAP Concur error

Hi,

My colleague is getting below error when entering his expense:

'Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again.

If the problem persists, please contact your company administrator or help desk with the following incident code: 0f67aeb8-a162-4cd7-8489-3098b1b8a0a7'

Is there any way I can check what that incident code means as a administrator? 

How to deal with this error?

@monikag Hello! Thank you for reaching out to the SAP Concur Community.  Unfortunately, we would need to look this up for you in our Support team.  So you would want to create a Support ticket in the future.  I was able to find the error this time for you though 🙂  

BadRequestException: Invalid 'countrySubDivisionCode' value specified
