SAP Concur Ap Log In Issue

I am reaching out to see if you can help me troubleshoot an issue with SAP Concur as I would like to submit my expenses. I tried resetting my password and my Mobile pin and it works from my laptop, but every time I try to log in via the Concur ap on my phone, I receive the message, “We don’t recognize the information entered. Please re-enter your username and password. We don’t recognize the information entered. Please re-enter or contact your company help desk.” I greatly appreciate any guidance you may be able to provide.
