@rokiakonde with this type of question, I need to ask...why does this employee need an SAE file?
This file contains expense information for a lot of other employees and I would have to warn about letting employees see other employees' spend. It isn't really a best practice. SAE files are used by Finance, Accounting and Payroll departments to ensure employees get reimbursed and if someone doesn't already have access to an SAE file, it is likely because their job doesn't require having access.

I am for Finance. I am a new AP. I can extract AP/GL Extract V.2.1 LIVE USER and check the name of the employee but I could not find him. Even on my batches files. That's why I am asking-
