Receipts not being received

Getting this screen when I check receipts I faxed in:

Receipt Image Not Available

There is currently no receipt image available. Try again in a few minutes.

@skiman7541 How long ago did you fax in the receipts? If I remember correctly, it might take a bit of time for the faxed receipts to be available. Have you tried using the mobile app to take a picture of the receipt? It is a lot faster method to get your receipts into SAP Concur.
