I have provided "Missing receipt affidavit" and after getting error changed the entry in receipt status field as "No receipt".
Still the error doesn't go away. Please help. The alert is:
"Action: You have attached a missing receipt affidavit to an entry in which you have indicated a receipt or tax receipt has been attached. Please update the Receipt Status field to "No Receipt" and resubmit to clear this exception."

Yes, it's still an issue. I have submitted my expanse report after removing those expanses causing error message. In future, I would like to resolve the error before submitting report.
