Recall PCard ER in Next Gen

An approver kicked back the PCard ER to make changes, we do not see the Recall button because the card holder is in Next Gen UI.

Can you advise how they can edit the ER?

Thanks!

Julie

@JQuimby there isn't an Edit button because kicked back or returned reports are already in Edit mode. Just open the report and make whatever changes are needed. They can add new expenses, delete expenses, make changes to existing expenses.

When you say, "how can he make edits" are you referring to the Approver or to the person who created the report?

@JQuimby if the report was kicked back, then it is in an unsubmitted status and cannot be recalled. It also means that the report is only visible to the person who created it. The Approver that kicked it back cannot make changes to the report until the user resubmits. The Recall button only shows for reports that are in a submitted status.

Hi Kevin,

How would he make edits to the ER that is kicked back? Is there an edit button?

Hey @JQuimby - If you're still seeking an answer, this would be an excellent question for our upcoming AMA that focuses specifically on NextGen UI, tomorrow Sept 21 at 10am PT. Consider asking your question to our in-house experts directly on that post. Thanks!
