Questions on password in Concur App

Dear Concur Team,

Good day!

My manager asked me to deep dive questions about concur mobile app password.

When users haven't logged in Concur mobile app for a long time, the application will require users to enter the password.

Question:  May I know how long do users going without logging into the app before the app forces me to enter the password? A month, two months or more?

@qiaot1 this depends on what your site setting is set at for a Timeout. This could be anywhere from 10 minutes to 120 minutes of inactivity. What this means is if a user signs in to the app, then closes the app without signing out, the system will automatically sign the user out after the specified amount of minutes. They will be required to enter a password the next time they launch the app. 

So, it won't be one month, two months, etc., it will be anywhere from 10-120 minutes.
