Please contact your Concur administrator.

I am trying to place an expense. Everything is accounted for, however i still get an error "You are missing vital information in your employee record. Please contact your Concur administrator." Banking info is correct, I have spoken to my HR and was advised to reach out to Concur support as my file maybe placed incorrect. Who can i reach out to on this????

@Jumel-Distech I'm looking at your profile and I don't see a required field that is missing information, so this is definitely something specific to your company. The person who advised you to contact Concur Support didn't realize that your company terminated the User Support Desk service, which means all issues, such as yours, will be handled internally. I'll send you a private message of a name you can reach out.
