@vco the option to add your personal car is found from Click Profile in the upper right corner when signed in to SAP Concur. From there click Profile Settings. On the Settings page, on the left-hand side look for Expense Settings. Under this heading you would see Personal Car. If you do not see it, then it might be that your company isn't requiring it.
When you say your are "not able to do it" does that mean you tried entering a car on the Personal Car screen or does that mean you do not see any option for Personal Car under Expense Settings?
