Car configuration for France for personal cars and motorbikes (4 limits defined by URSSAF)

I am trying to setup a car configuration for France for personal cars and motorbikes.

The official rates applicable in France are defined with 2 distance limits for cars (5,000 km and 20,000 km) and 2 other distance limits for motorbikes (3,000 km and 6,000 km), so 4 distance limits to manage in total (source : Indemnités kilométriques - Urssaf.fr).

But it looks like in Concur car configuration there are only 3 distance limits as shown here : https://help.sap.com/docs/CONCUR_EXPENSE/bb83754b1c5541808d50c09901e11475/187b5e326f091014ab56bd0c68...

So I tried to define a new personal vehicle configuration specific to motorbikes, but Concur gave me an error message indicating that only 1 personal car configuration can exist per country. 

How can I define a car configuration for cars and motorbikes in Concur with 2 different sets of 2 limits for each type of vehicle ?

@PatrickB actually, the error message also says you can only have one car configuration by group. Your personal rate applies to the Group Cemex France. If you had another group, you could create a rate specific for that group. So, you could have a rate for Car and one for Motorbike. However, employees would still only be able to use one. They would either be Car only or Motorbike only. 

I'm asking internally about this. From what I see, it isn't possible for one user to be able to enter car mileage and motorbike mileage with the two different sets of limits. Maybe there is some option I don't know about, so I'll see what type of response I get.

For sure some of our employees may have a personnal car and also a personnal motorbike and they may use both for work, so we need to have a solution for this situation.
On top of that, all our employees are in the same group and we are not able to know which employees will need to use their personnal motorbike for professional travel.
So we would need to get a solution for this as this is a legal requirement in France and we need to be compliant.
I was searching the SAP Concur admin guide if there was a solution to add a 4th distance limit in the default car configuration or if a custom car configuration could be created with 4 distance limits, but I didn't find anything on that regard.
