Payment not received


I made a claim on concur and status is showing as 'sent for payment' since 3 weeks but I have not received any credit in bank account yet. What can be done in this regard?

@AJ1994 Hello!  Thank you for sending me private message!  I do see your report was sent for payment, you should have received it by now.  I am going to also send you your Admin's contact info for you to reach out to them as well.

There isn't an exact cause regarding this problem. However, you should contact the bank and see where the problem is.
