Payment not received

Dear Team, 

 

My expenses were approved a week ago and I received the payment invoice by email. 

However, I still didn't received the money. Who shall I contact to solve the issue ?

@magi1 I recommend contacting one of the following departments at your company: Finance, Accounting or Payroll. One them should be in charge of payments.

hello

I have the same problem between the 28 jun 

and i push the service for my problem 

now i wait the new answer because apparantly its informatic problem 

i think after the go live it mix the RIB of bank
