Password Reset Issue

Hi, 

Our colleagues are just logging in for the 1st time, they have been told to select forgot password - login and reset.

One user is trying to input her new password of 12 characters, with 5 numbers and a special character -it says this is 'very strong'  and meets the requirements.
however when she hits submit - it states she needs a  stronger password?

If you are an admin, you can try changing her password manually through her profile in the User Administration portal - could just be an error on Concur's side when resetting a password through the link they send.

If you are an administrator you can verify the policy that exists in:

And in user maintenance you can change your password

On the other hand, there are currently 3 ways to log in to Concur, which ones do you have activated in your company?

Her password 12 characters, with 5 numbers and a special character does meet the requirements so not sure why she's having the issue.
We have other staff members who have successfully logged in and changed their passwords.

We have two options on Sign in, concur password or email link. - I have sent the link to her in the hope that, that will somehow work.
