No tracking auditor review

We are currently utilizing the various audit permissions for investigations but noticed that in the Report details: Audit Trail that users can see if our internal auditors have clicked on receipt images.  Is there a way to turn off the tracking for anyone assigned to the audit group?  Some of our investigations are not known to users and we don't want employees to know we are looking into their accounts.  Thanks!

Not sure if it's possible, but I don't think it's ok to look over their information without permission and try to hide it.

Receipt Reviewed information that appears under Audit Trail – Entry Level cannot not be hidden. The Receipt Reviewed information is system by design and appears once the receipt is reviewed by being opened or by hovering over the receipt icon.
