Mobile app not saving comments - ios

Hi - we have a user who is using the mobile app for i-phone. The expense image and details save across to the online version, but no comments save across. When they go back to the app, the comments are no longer there either.

Is this a known issue, or can you offer some help on what needs to be done here.

@AJAurora I just tested this myself and had no issue. Honestly, it is really difficult to pin down the issue without seeing what the user is doing. It might be that the app has a glitch or it might be the user is missing a step. 

I would have the user shut down the app, shut down their phone, then reboot the phone. After that try again in the app.

Thanks for trying. We'll restart and see if that helps, but I'm fairly sure that was already tried as a solution.
